By booking a vehicle with Easy Wheels Bali, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before confirming your reservation. These terms govern the use of our services and vehicle rentals.

1. General Information

1.1 Booking and Agreement

By making a booking with Easy Wheels Bali, you agree to these terms and conditions. The rental agreement is between you (the customer) and Easy Wheels Bali (the rental company). All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation from our team.

1.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to rent a vehicle from Easy Wheels Bali. A valid driver’s license is required for all rentals. For foreign tourists, an International Driver’s Permit (IDP) is recommended, but not mandatory in some cases.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Process

All bookings are processed via the Easy Wheels Bali website or by contacting our team directly. A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our staff and processing of payment.

2.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods, including cash on delivery, bank transfer, and online payment methods. Payment must be made at the time of booking confirmation, unless specified otherwise (e.g., pay on delivery with a small deposit).

2.3 Prepaid Bookings

For prepaid bookings, the full payment must be made before the rental date. If a booking is cancelled according to the cancellation policy, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

2.4 Deposit and Security

A small deposit may be required for bookings where payment is made at pickup. The deposit is refundable, subject to vehicle condition and the terms outlined in the cancellation policy.

3. Vehicle Usage

3.1 Rental Period

The rental period begins at the scheduled pickup time and ends at the agreed return time. Early return of the vehicle will not result in a refund for unused rental days.

3.2 Vehicle Use Restrictions

You are not allowed to:

• Sublet or lease the vehicle to anyone else.
• Use the vehicle for illegal activities or any activity outside the scope of personal use.
• Drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Drive on roads that are not accessible or safe for the vehicle type rented.
• Take the vehicle off-road unless the vehicle is specifically designed for off-road use.

3.3 Overtime Charges

Late returns are subject to additional charges as specified in the cancellation policy. A grace period of 120 minutes is allowed; after this, a fee will apply.

4. Insurance and Liability

4.1 Insurance Coverage

All rentals come with standard insurance coverage, which includes third-party liability and basic vehicle damage protection. Additional coverage options are available upon request.

4.2 Damage and Accidents

You are responsible for the vehicle during the rental period. In case of an accident or damage to the vehicle, you must immediately inform Easy Wheels Bali. If you are at fault, you may be held liable for repair costs, which will be deducted from the deposit or charged separately.

4.3 Loss or Theft

In the event of loss or theft of the vehicle, you will be responsible for the replacement cost of the vehicle unless full insurance coverage is applied. Report theft to the authorities immediately.

5. Fuel Policy

5.1 Fuel Requirements

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, a refueling charge will apply, as outlined in the cancellation policy.

5.2 Refueling Fees

The missing fuel will be charged at IDR 25,000 per liter, along with a service fee of IDR 50,000.

6. Pickup and Delivery

6.1 Pickup Locations

Free vehicle delivery and pickup are available within 5 km of our base location. For locations beyond 5 km, a delivery fee will apply, starting from IDR 50,000. Exact delivery fees will be confirmed before booking.

6.2 Delivery Timing

You must be available at the specified time for vehicle pickup or delivery. If you are not present at the agreed time, the vehicle may be released and the booking canceled.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7.1 Prepaid Bookings

Please refer to the cancellation policy for prepaid bookings, where free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the pickup time, with penalties for cancellations within 48 hours.

7.2 Pay on Delivery Bookings

For bookings with payment made at the pickup time, cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in the loss of the deposit.

7.3 Late Pickup and Early Return

Late pickup without prior notification may result in the vehicle being released and the booking canceled. Early returns will not receive a refund for unused days.

8. Force Majeure

8.1 Unforeseen Events

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or airport closures, Easy Wheels Bali may reschedule or adjust the booking without additional charges. Customers will be notified promptly in such cases.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Easy Wheels Bali reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website with an updated “Effective Date.” We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
